are many classes to choose from and they include the following:
Class
1: Knife Skills and kitchen techniques.
This class focuses
on the basic skills needed to become a great cook.
Class
2: Meal planning, intelligent grocery shopping,
reading ingredients and food labels and recipe science.
This session teaches you the fundamentals of grocery shopping in
an age where making intelligent choices can be so difficult. Also
taught in this class is meal planning and how to go about designing
your own recipes.
Class
3: Fun with kid cuisine.
In this innovative
class, we will discuss kids and today's nutritional concerns. We
will also talk about how to put the fun and variety back into your
children’s diet. Then we will actually prepare several meals
designed for you kids. Children are welcome to join the class at
a discounted rate.
Class
4: Stocks and sauces.
Here we will
learn the simple steps needed to make a great sauce or a rich velvety
stock.

5: Appetizers!
In this class, we will prepare many different hours oeuvres
from simple bruscetta to truly fancy and elegant bites.
Class
6: Soups and Stews
Learn the classics from vichyssoise to gazpacho to beef stew
and minestrone among others.
Class
7: Salads and terrines
Crisp lettuces and prepared terrines are the stars of this
refreshing course.
Class
8: Seafood
Learn how to prepare luscious fish, lobster and other wonderful
fruits of the sea in this class. All this while we discuss its nutritional
values and ways to improve its taste.
Class
9: How to cook meat
We will discuss the purposes and practicalities of the different
levels of doneness and part identification and how to prepare them.
All this while we actually prepare many classic meat dishes.
Class
10: Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!!
We will learn how to prepare and cook several types of fresh
pastas.
